In order to serve you better, we will ship your order using the cost-effective and most reliable method to deliver the products to our customers.

Any item shown on our website can be delivered directly to your place anywhere within continental Canada. Shipping surcharges apply to all orders bound for Canadian Island and Maritime destinations (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, PEI, Queen Charlotte Islands, and Vancouver Island). For all Northwest Territories, Yukon and remote locations a minimum 15% surcharge of order total will be added.

Small Parcel: We will ship smaller, lighter items via Canada Post or FedEx. The orders of in-stock items are normally shipped within 24 to 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day. For most orders in Canada usually require 2 to 7 business days for delivery. For orders deliver to Northern Regions and Remote Locations, customer may expect longer delivery time.

**Please be advised that PO Box addresses are not acceptable for delivery. **

Standard Home Delivery: Many items (such as furniture) on our website are large or/and heavy items to ship via Canada post or FedEx, so they are shipped via Truck Delivery or Freight Carrier. Please allow approximately 5 to 15 working business days for delivery once your order is in transit. .

Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent’s local terminal, the agent will call you to set up a 2 to 4 hour appointment window for delivery. Your product will be delivered to your front entrance. Please keep in mind that you may need someone to help move your furniture. It is the customer’s responsibility to bring the items into the designated space, assemble if necessary, and disposal of all packaging.

The product will not carried up stairs inside the home. If you live in an apartment above the first floor of a building, the furniture will be brought only to the lobby or freight dock. If you need help moving your items into your home, our shipping department would be happy to provide you with a quote ahead of time, and work with you to find cost effective solutions. Please contact us for more detail.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to unforeseen delays are possible, shipping time is estimate only and do not constitute a guarantee due to geographic location, weather, seasonal demand, or manufacturer’s delays. Thank you for your understanding.

After received the package(s):

For every buyer, please inspect your packages for damage before the driver leaves. If there is visible damage to the packaging, you should immediately open the packaging and inspect the product for damage and contact our customer services for further instructions. If by chance you reach us outside regular business hours, please only refuse the item in question, and notate the damage in detail on the delivery receipt. A signature indicates acceptance without inspecting the packages, you are accepting the shipment “as is” and will be fully responsible for any replacements including freight cost. Ensure you also verify the number of packages delivered with the delivery receipt you received.

International buyers (outside Canada):
For buyers outside of Canada should please contact us about shipping prior to making your purchase. We do not charge sales tax to international purchasers. The buyer is responsible for paying any applicable import duties and/or taxes to their country.

Items not in stock:
We do not keep inventory on all items. Each item has specific manufacturer lead times that can range from 8-16 weeks. Please be advised that lead times are estimated only. Manufacturer lead times change on regular basis, subject to demand and availability, please contact us for specific lead time.

Returns & Replacements

Our 15days Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 15days from the day your order was received. We are happy to issue a refund under the following conditions:
1. Before you return the item(s) to us, please send us an e-mail to customerservice@instyle-space.com, including the following information regarding to your return. a. Your original order number b. You name under the purchase c. The product name and product ID you are returning You will be given a return authorization number which you will need to submit with your returned item. Please note: any item returned without an Authorization Number will be refused and returned to sender.
2. Item(s) must be returned unused, like new condition and in original packaging. Please note: Any items returned that is not in its original packaging will be refused. 3. To return your item(s), please use the original packaging or a strong carton, and tape your package securely. Please also include the original customer receipt and return authorization number in the package. 4. Return shipping is your responsibility, so we suggest you to use a service that can provide tracking number and insurance coverage. If returns are damaged in transit back to us, it will be returned to the original shipper to file a claim for damage. 5. There are 25% re-stocking fee applies on all returns, and also the initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Ordering

How can I order from you?
We encourage you to use the online secure ordering system to place the order, because is fast, easy and secure.
PLEASE NOTE:
1. We do not take order over the phone.
2. If you don’t want to purchase online, you can place orders via email and payment via Certified Cheque, Money Order or Bank Draft. The processing time for this kind of order is longer than the online order, since we have to wait for the cheques to clear at the bank which can take up to 1 week or longer before we ship out the order.
Can I cancel or revise my order?
You may cancel the order if it has not shipped. Generally, we recommended that you cancel or revise your order within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be returned in accordance with our return policy. Instyle Space will not be responsible for any transportation fees.
Do I get order confirmation by email or by phone?
After you place your order and finish payment, we will email you an order confirmation. The order number and all relative product information will show on the email, so please keep the email on file for future reference. When your order is shipped out, we will email you a Shipment Confirmation with a tracking number which you can use to check your shipment progress.
PLEASE NOTE: For some special cases regarding to order details or the status of your order, it may be necessary to contact you by phone or email. If we have tried to contact you, but do not receive any response within 7 business days, we may have to cancel your order.

Pricing:

All prices presented throughout our online store are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Canadian orders will include all applicable Federal and Provincial taxes at checkout.

 

We do not charge taxes on any US and International orders. These orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once your package reaches your country.

Viewing Orders

It is easy to view the status of your order, visit online My Account and log in with your Instyle Space ID and password. You’ll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you place your order over email/fax, you can check your order status by contacting our customer services specialists at customerservice@instyle-space.com.
